We are Precision Engineers based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, offering a complete development and manufacturing service, capable of producing the highest quality components quickly and competitively.

Our facilities combine fully trained personnel with the latest sophisticated machinery and because quality and precision are so vital, we implement strict quality control in accordance with
ISO 9001:2008 (FM No. 02242).

At Picross we have the technical ability and the diversity of equipment to machine all metals to the highest possible precision.

We also offer ancillary services on our premises for welding, powdercoating, assembly, kitting, packaging & labeling and have finalised our new project for electrical assembly. We are now able to offer this service to all of our customers, please contact our sales team for details.

Now that it is summertime we are looking forward to longer days, less rain and a little more warmth. Our aim this year is to concentrate on obtaining AS9001 accreditation to further enhance the level of service offered under ISO 9001:2008.

We have a full range of processes available for Prototype and Production batches covering Machining, Mechanical and Electrical Assembly, Kitting, Welding, Powdercoating & Beadblasting with support services in specialist Inspection, Cleaning and Packaging, we have varying amounts of capacity available in all areas.
